Bodyweight Triceps
Bodyweight Triceps | Nichole Mellison
A killer triceps exercise for advanced users is bodyweight triceps extensions. These are a natural progression from pushups and other triceps exercises. These are great for varying your exercise routine when exercises become too easy. You can modulate the bodyweight resistance by leaning forward into your Exercise Star. This makes the exercise more difficult. Or you can lean further back to make it easier.
Either way, the instability from the Exercise Star creates a challenging experience. Keep your body guessing and your muscles adapting with the Exercise Star. Master simpler exercises first, and work your way up to this one. Because our core trainer is low-rise, you’ll feel safe performing beneficial bodyweight triceps extensions close to the floor.
Watch Nichole in the video and see that even she finds it difficult! Bodyweight triceps will help your core, chest, and triceps.
