This video shows several great stretches based on traditional yoga, now assisted by using the AbStar Core Trainer. This ROM stretching may be beneficial to many people for increasing flexibility as well as increasing muscular control. The video starts with the corpse pose which helps stretch the muscles in the abdomen as well as relax the muscles the muscles in the lower back, then flows into a shoulder stand partly supported with the AbStar AIR which is a great inversion pose, and then flows through plow pose which helps stretch and lengthen muscles through the spine.
