Bicycle Crunches | Nichole Mellison
Use bicycle crunches to put your ab work all together. Bicycle crunches combine ab crunches, ab twists, and a pedaling motion with your legs – all in rhythmn. This exercise works the abs, obliques, and hip flexors, plus much more. When performed on the AbStar Core Trainer, the exercise becomes even more difficult. You must slooooow down in order to maintain your balance. And that’s good!
Maintaining balance as you work makes your core muscles react instantaneously. Then your workout becomes more than just how to look great. Exercising will also improve physical function. Why not have both? With bicycle crunches and the AbStar Core Trainer, you’ll look better, feel better, and improve control of your muscles. This is a fairly advanced exercise, but give it a try when you’re ready.
Watch Nichole and see how even she wavers a bit when performing the exercise. You will get it with practice, but it will always challenge you no matter how many times you do it. Of course, challenging yourself safely is why you need the AbStar Core Trainer!
