Perform back extensions as a “core” core exercise. They are very valuable to balance out the strength of the large abdominal muscles. Generally, back extensions should not be performed using heavy weight. By utilizing instability from the AbStar Core Trainer, you can increase the difficulty and intensity of the exercise safely.
