Inner Thigh Squeezes

This adductors (inner thighs) exercise will help you firm your legs, focusing on the inner part of your legs from groin to knees. Because your feet are on the floor, you should have plenty of support, so this is likely a good exercise for beinners. That doesn’t mean this adductors exercise will be easy, just that you might want to perfect this exercise before moving on to more advanced exercises. However, during most floor work, we believe it’s best to activate your abs to press your lower back into the floor for additional core support. Doing so, means you’ll be working more than just one muscle group. Efficiency is important.
